Mr. Nance is a rancher, and manages a 350 pair cow/calf operation in Socorro and Cibola Counties. He understands the vital importance of agriculture and animal husbandry to the New Mexico economy, and has experienced firsthand the impact the expansion of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service Mexican Wolf recovery program and the United States Forest Service's travel management policies have had on those engaged in the agricultural industry and the local economy.
